In 10 years of continuous exploration and pursuit, Mr. Ding finally found a course that is very suitable for the healthy development of the company, and continues to promote Chinese culture - "Ruping's Doctrine of the Mean" series. WISDOM introduced "Ruping's Doctrine of the Mean" series courses as a strategic initiative to build enterprise culture, make Chinese young people of the new age understand Chinese culture from the bottom of their hearts, improve overall personnel quality of the company and practice Chinese culture.

Before introducing the courses:

After introducing the courses:
1. After the once-a-week "Ruping's Doctrine of the Mean" discs video watching organized by human resource and administration department, plus 3 real course training, as well as the sharing meeting by our colleagues who had participated in the training courses, more than 70 percent of the colleagues improved more than 50 percent in personal idea, thought and emotion.
2. After taking part in the training, 15 colleagues started from themselves slowly impact other colleagues and their family.
3. Since taking part in the training, our company purchased a total of 30 sets of meditation mat in a week. Every noon the number of people that come to do 1 hour meditation increase from 6 to more than 16 each phase. Up to July 20, 2016, we already have held 62 phases and the number of participant is more than 40 percent of the number of staffs of the company. People outside the company also attended during the period. This is because of our persistence, sincerity and infection.
4. The general manager of WISDOM, Mr. Ding, present colleagues who participate in the noon meditation proactively with classic books with his own handwritten and signature as a way of encouraging.
5. It is because of the sincerity that WISDOM promote the traditional culture, a lot of entrepreneurs outside WISDOM visited us, learned and exchanged experiences.
6. The execution and cohesion of the company's staff are significantly higher than the original level, raise more than 40 percent. The confidence and acceptance among colleagues are worth appreciating.
